During my recent stay, I was delighted to discover that the establishment exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff, fluent in Russian and highly professional, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was thoughtfully upgraded, offering ample space for our numerous luggage. The hot showers were a blessing in the winter chill, and the location was ideal for exploring treasured sites such as the majestic Blue Mosque. I left with a sense of fulfillment and am eager to return, as this hotel truly embodies exceptional hospitality.
